Adam, a Friend of mine and one of our steady researcher at the American Institute of Management - AIM @ Oakland, has forward to me this link which can give all of us another mean to review our democratic drive and learn from others who have set the path of transparency around the world and in this case inside of the virtual spectrum of data access and distribution as well as availability. In this case of Data Sharing, we are dealing with one of the most important part of Business Management and Operations Management as well as Logistics Management. Furthermore, we are here touching the new Conceptualization of Management Science as an entire new dimension and as a new field of application and research of Management of the Knowledge Base at National Level and Management of Business Intelligence at Corporate level. In fact, information is the prelude to the acquisition of knowledge. Information is platform where to gather ideas, resources and means of understanding our crypt-ed, unscripted and encrypted environment. In this perspective, information is the key to open further questioning the surrounding and unseen reality we face as challenge of our drive and need to know better. Once the information is available, it all depends on how it is process and what is the need to process it for and where to use the outcome of this process. At the end of this process, information can be produced as intelligence and in the areas of management it is where differences are made between strategies and operations at their level of efficiency, because information is then transformed in Business Intelligence. In other areas more keen to policy-making, it can be used to detect treats, build a response and justify the use of any approach for the sake of National Interest. Similarly, I let you meditate on the lesson behind such world inequality even at the stage of sharing solely information and without speaking of the real lack of sharing that effectively justify and allow the use of Power as mean to preserve ignorance among the large part of the world and the detention and preservation of wealth and the wealth of knowledge among few individuals and few countries.
